New York JFK Airport is the latest airport to receive the controversial full-body scanners.
Purpose is to make air travel more secure for passengers without having to physically touch them. But if you are concerned about image being shot or any health risk from the scanners, then you can go for physical pat-down and a walk through a metal detector.
The TSA has installed nearly 300 scanners at over 61 airports throughout the United States, since March. And plan to have 405 in use by the end of 2010.
