Newcastle Airport’s new service to Toulouse took off for the very first time yesterday, Sunday 22 May.
The Jet2.com service will operate weekly throughout the summer until 4 September.
Along with Newcastle, other four brand new destinations taking off this summer will be Alicante, Faro, Krakow and Prague. Jet2.com also announces 47 new jobs and additional aircraft to be based at the airport.
