WindJet opens flights Rimini-Moscow

Wind Jet, a Italian air carrier is going to open regular flights Rimini-Moscow this spring. Flights will fly twice a week may be on Friday and Wednesday. Fare rate will differ depending on weekday.

Friday cheaper service from Rimini flies at 14.00 arrives to Moscow at 19.25. Return flight Moscow – Rimini is at 20.15, arrival to Rimini at 21.45.

BAA sells Naples airport for EUR150 million

BAA agree to sell its stakes in Naples International airport to F2i SGR SpA, an Italian infrastructure fund, for EUR150 million. BAA will use these funds to concentrate on Heathrow and its other UK airports.

BAA owns 65% of GESAC SpA which holds the concession for Naples International Airport until 2043. Sale deal completion will bring an end to the strategic refocusing of BAA’s interests away from non-core and international assets to its UK.

Part of the total price – EUR€13 million – will be deferred for three years. Sale process is expected to complete before the end of 2010.
